Our Commitment to Quality: A Three-Stage Assurance Process

At THV Fasteners, quality is not just a final check; it is a rigorous, multi-stage process that guarantees excellence from raw material to the finished product. Our comprehensive quality assurance system is divided into three critical phases:

Incoming Quality Control (IQC): We begin by meticulously inspecting all incoming raw materials to ensure they meet our stringent specifications for chemical composition and physical properties.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Throughout the manufacturing process, our technicians conduct continuous monitoring and measurements to ensure every component maintains precise dimensional accuracy and integrity.
Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI): Before any product is dispatched, a final, thorough inspection is performed in our state-of-the-art in-house laboratory.

Our lab and our QC is equipped with high-precision testing instruments to validate product performance, including a Vision Measuring System, Vickers Hardness Tester, Universal Testing Machine, Coat Meter, and a Salt Spray Tester. Standard tools like Micrometers and Vernier Calipers are used at every stage.

For ultimate client confidence, we also offer independent verification. Upon request, we will gladly submit product samples to globally recognized, ISO 17025 accredited laboratories such as SGS, Intertek, TUV, or UL for third-party testing and validation. This end-to-end process ensures that the fasteners arriving at your facility are of the uncompromising quality you expect.
